Return & Refund Policy
At IDRA Wellness, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of Ravi, we’re here to help.
Returns:
You may return unopened and unused Ravi products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email us at idrawellness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not offer refunds for opened or used products unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Digital products, if offered, are non-refundable.
